Upload Your Records
Send us your documents by email. We'll organize and review them for your claim.
Before You Upload
- Please upload only claim-related records, such as SSA notices, medical records, medication lists, work history, school records, IEP records, appeal documents, or doctor letters.
- Do not upload documents that are not related to your claim.
- Uploading records does not create an attorney-client relationship and does not mean anything has been submitted to SSA.
- Federal Claim Support LLC will review uploaded records for organization and form-preparation support only.
